Notes:
- @jsquash/avif and @jsquash/webp: the automatic multi-threading check was removed so they run
  without special server headers. The encoders themselves are unchanged.
- ag-psd and gifenc were bundled into single files with esbuild. The code is unchanged.
- @ffmpeg/core is FFmpeg compiled to WebAssembly, including libx264 (GPL). The engine file is split
  into two parts (ffmpeg-core.wasm.part0 and .part1) to fit the 25 MB hosting limit; the page joins them.
